DELIVERY POLICY

We offer FREE standard delivery on ALL orders. 

Once placed, orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.  They will be sent using either a Royal Mail or Parcel Force 24 hour signed for delivery service, which means that they should be delivered within 2-3 days of an ordering being placed.

Due to Covid19, some orders are taking a little longer to reach recipients due to the number of parcels in the network. 

Any orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Orders will only be taken for delivery to a residential or business address and not a public place. 

LOCAL DELIVERY (INCLUDES EX8, EX9 AND EX3 POSTCODES)

We are able to offer locals 15% discount on each order placed and sent to a single delivery address. At the online checkout, please select the local delivery option and use the discount code LOCALBUOY

Delivery to orders within these postcode areas will be carried out by our own staff in electric vehicles.  

SIGNED FOR / PROOF OF AGE

Orders will be sent by means of a ‘signed delivery’ where the person signing must be able to prove their age. 

REFUNDS

In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of goods within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.  This means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@barbuoy.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We will replace items if the original one sent was defective or damaged.  Please email us at info@barbuoy.co.uk if you need to request an exchange.
RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
