Salcombe Gin, Knightor Carpe Diem sparkling wine, elderflower liqueur, lemon and soda. Nothing to measure and nothing to add. Chill it, pour it over ice and it’s ready.

Elderflower and lemon first, light and floral, with the gin’s botanicals keeping it from tipping into sweet. The fizz is soft rather than sharp. The lightest cocktail in the range at 8%, so it suits a long lunch or the first drink of the evening.
