Ripe pineapple comes first, with creamy coconut behind it and lime to keep it fresh. The rum sits underneath as warmth rather than heat, and the finish is lightly sweet with the fruit fading slowly. It is smooth rather than sharp, so it suits anyone who finds a classic daiquiri too sour. Gold at the Food Drink Devon Awards 2025.
