Salcombe ‘Start Point’ Gin, Knightor Rosso Vermouth from Cornwall and red bitter from The Aperitivo! Co. Nothing to measure and nothing to add. Chill it, pour it over ice, give it a stir and it’s ready.
Orange peel and herbal bitterness first, then the vermouth’s warmth and red fruit, with the gin’s botanicals running through it. Bittersweet and long. At 18% it’s the strongest in the range, made for sipping slowly over a single large cube.

Negroni · HOW TO SERVE
Stir, don't shake.
A negroni is all about balance and it rewards a little patience. Pour it over ice, give it a gentle stir and let the gin, bitters and vermouth settle into each other.
- 01 Chill Get the can properly cold
- 02 Ice Add ice to a rocks glass
- 03 Pour Open pour and give it a gentle stir
Finish with a fresh wedge of orange.
Serve over one large ice cube, it melts slowly and keeps the drink beautifully cold.
As an ale drinker, I'm finding it all a bit bulky these days! This Negroni has a great depth of flavour which I'm finding is not just for drinking in the sun. Buying a bottle means it's easy to be generous, so be aware as it really is moreish.
Great cocktails. I started with your cans but they were so good that I moved on to the 1litre bottle . Only one negative….the postage of said bottle was never delivered but when I notified you of this action was swift and replacement was quickly delivered. Can’t fault customer service but maybe DO NOT write the word COCKTAILS on the delivery box…..temptation too much for certain individuals!!
